How long does my order take to ship?

UK Orders

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days – £3.95

• Free Delivery: Orders over £50

• All orders are shipped via tracked courier service

International Orders

• EU: 5–8 working days

• US / Canada: 7–10 working days

• Shipping rates calculated at checkout

• All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

We don’t do mystery packages — clarity is kind of our thing.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason.

Conditions:

• Items must be in original, resealable condition

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
